Reward Rules
Clear rules for how Novearn tracks tasks, credits rewards, handles pending balances, and explains rejected or reversed rewards.
How a reward starts
A reward starts when a logged-in user opens an eligible task inside Novearn and the task is connected to a trackable user ID, click ID, or partner session.
Opening a task does not create confirmed income. It only starts the tracking path.
Pending versus confirmed
Pending rewards are estimated records waiting for partner validation, anti-fraud review, or a reversal window. Confirmed rewards are records that have passed partner confirmation and Novearn checks.
- Pending balance is not withdrawable.
- Confirmed balance may become withdrawable after payout rules are satisfied.
- Rejected or reversed rewards are removed from payable balance.
Why rewards can be rejected
A reward may be rejected when the user is screened out, leaves a task incomplete, submits inaccurate information, uses duplicate accounts, violates partner rules, triggers fraud checks, or when the partner reverses the event.
Platform share
Novearn may earn a platform share from validated partner rewards. The user-facing balance should show the amount payable to the user after any clearly defined platform share or operational deduction.
No platform share is taken from an unconfirmed, rejected, or reversed reward.
Fair use
Users must complete tasks honestly and personally. Novearn may limit task access if behavior harms partner quality, creates invalid traffic, or risks account-wide partner approval.
