Payout Policy

How Novearn treats confirmed balance, minimum payout thresholds, payout timing, local payment handling, fees, reversals, and blocked accounts.

Last updated: August 11, 2026 Pre-launch policy draft Human/legal review recommended
These policies are written for clear product communication and launch readiness. They are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice before public release.

Confirmed balance only

Only confirmed balance is eligible for payout. Pending, rejected, reversed, manually reviewed, or disputed rewards are not payable.

Minimum payout threshold

A minimum withdrawal threshold may apply and will be shown in the dashboard before users request payout. The threshold can vary by payout method, country, operational cost, or compliance requirements.

The current product design uses a visible minimum payout rule in the wallet experience so users understand when balance becomes withdrawable.

Payout timing

Payouts may require partner settlement, fraud review, reversal windows, payment provider processing time, and manual checks. Novearn should display the status of each payout request when available.

Fees, exchange rates, and local payments

Payment providers, currency conversion, bank rails, crypto networks, or local payout processors may apply fees or exchange-rate differences. Novearn should disclose user-facing payout amounts before sending payment where practical.

Blocked or reviewed accounts

Payouts may be delayed, paused, reduced, reversed, or denied when an account is incomplete, under review, suspended, linked to prohibited activity, or affected by partner reversals.
