What partner validation means

Partner validation is the process of confirming that a user action was eligible, completed correctly, attributed to the right user, and accepted by the reward partner.

Novearn should not credit final wallet balance based only on a browser click, screenshot, or user claim. Final credit requires a trusted partner signal or approved reconciliation process.

Typical reward lifecycle

A task usually moves through several states: available, opened, started, pending, confirmed, rejected, or reversed. Not every partner uses the same wording, but Novearn maps partner statuses into a simple dashboard flow.

Server-side callbacks

When available, Novearn uses server-side callbacks or postbacks to receive partner updates. These callbacks may include a user ID, offer ID, transaction ID, reward amount, status, timestamp, and signature or secret validation.

Server-side validation is more reliable than client-side claims because it reduces manipulation and keeps the reward record tied to the partner’s system.

Why delays happen

Validation can be delayed because partners check completion quality, survey consistency, install retention, advertiser approval, anti-fraud signals, or payment settlement. Some tasks can confirm quickly; others may take days or longer.

User transparency

Novearn should show users whether each reward is pending, confirmed, rejected, or reversed, and avoid presenting unvalidated rewards as withdrawable money.
