Anti-fraud Policy
The safety rules Novearn uses to protect users, partners, payouts, and the platform from invalid traffic or manipulated reward activity.
Why anti-fraud matters
Reward platforms survive only when partners can trust the quality of users and completed actions. Invalid traffic can cause rejected rewards, partner account bans, delayed payouts, or loss of opportunities for all users.
Prohibited activity
Novearn prohibits behavior designed to manipulate eligibility, tracking, completion, or payout systems.
- Duplicate accounts, fake identities, account sharing, or selling accounts.
- Bots, automation, scripts, emulators, click farms, device farms, or artificial traffic.
- VPN/proxy/Tor abuse when used to bypass country rules, partner restrictions, or identity checks.
- False survey answers, fake installs, chargebacks, tampered devices, or misleading information.
- Attempting to alter callbacks, postbacks, tracking links, balances, or payout records.
Reviews and enforcement
Novearn may place accounts or rewards under manual review, request additional information, pause task access, withhold payouts, reverse credits, suspend accounts, or permanently block users when suspicious activity is detected.
Fraud review may happen before or after a reward appears in the dashboard because partners can send reversals after the initial event.
Appeals
Users may contact support if they believe a review decision is incorrect. Novearn may ask for task details, screenshots, device information, or partner references to investigate.
